I'm a Full-Stack Developer with an unusual background: 8 years as a solar O&M and asset management engineer before transitioning into software.
I've monitored SCADA dashboards at 6 AM, written MIS reports for 15+ enterprise clients, and managed 59 MW of solar assetsacross MP and Rajasthan. Now I build the software that engineers like me needed but didn't have.
Currently at Terragi PropTech (Gurugram), building B2B real estate platforms with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript. Targeting ClimateTech and SolarTech roles where domain expertise and engineering skills compound.

Built B2B Real Estate Inventory Platform connecting brokers and builders — managing 1000+ property listings with real-time search and filtering. Developed TypeScript component library reducing dev time ~30%. Integrated AWS S3 and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Shipped 3 major feature releases in 9 months.
Transitioned from 8-year solar career into software development. Built and maintained React.js web applications; completed production-level Next.js training. Participated in code reviews and agile sprints.
Managed 30 MW solar portfolio (rooftop + ground-mount) across MP and Rajasthan. Primary technical contact for 15+ enterprise clients. Monitored SCADA data daily — tracked PR curves, inverter faults, string-level underperformance. Built client MIS dashboards and performance reports.
Operated and maintained rooftop solar plants ensuring high uptime across multiple client sites in Gujarat. Managed asset inventory, conducted regular inspections, implemented maintenance protocols.
Operated 29 MW ground-mount solar plant — one of MP's largest at the time. Full O&M lifecycle: preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, inverter servicing, performance reporting. Maintained 98%+ plant availability over 3.5-year tenure.

Real-time plant health dashboard with PR curve tracking, inverter alerts, generation vs. forecast charts, and O&M ticket system. Built from an O&M engineer's perspective — showing KPIs that field engineers use daily.
Interactive calculator for rooftop solar investment. Inputs: roof area, city, DISCOM tariff, system cost. Outputs: payback period, 25-year savings, CO2 offset. Real DISCOM tariff data for 15 major Indian cities.
